Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Please allow 5 business days for the assembly of your order and an additional 3 - 5 business days for your shipment to arrive.

Because each order is personalized we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please call 1-806-765-9901 to request return authorization.

After we receive your authorized return item we will apply a refund to your credit card. Your credit card provider may take as much as 10 days to post the credit to your account.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs on all returned items.
